marketing is perfectly acceptable, provided that you are using
opt-in lists or lists of existing customers. Sending unsolicited
communication is not allowed. Period. Any affiliate found to be
spamming (and this includes spamming message boards, newsgroups,
or instant message services) will have his/her account deleted
and will forfeit any commissions earned.
- NO SPAMMING! This is extremely important, so we've mentioned
it twice.
- You will be paid a flat rate of $10 per sale, minus any
refunds or chargebacks which may occur. Commission payouts
will be processed on a weekly basis, based on the sales data
present within CCBill's billing system. In the unlikely event of
a discrepancy or dispute over payment amounts, the CCBill data is
the final authority.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
